Yes! You can sell them, but if you do so on a large scale (for example, by listing them on websites), please credit me as the designer.

No, selling the patterns is not allowed.
3. Can I share the patterns?
You can share the patterns by sharing the links so they can be viewed on this website, but you may not copy or photograph the text and share it that way.
