Let's start!

Note: I added LED eyes to this spider that light up with a small magnet. You can watch the video of how they turn on on my Pinterest. If you're interested in getting these little lights, they're very cheap on AliExpress

Head

Row 1: 6 sc in a magic ring.

Row 2: 6 inc (12).

Row 3: 1 sc - 1 inc x 6 (18).

Row 4: 2 sc - 1 inc x 6 (24)

Row 5 and 6: 24 sc on each row.

Row 7: 2 sc - 1 dec x 6 (18)

Before you continue, insert the eyes between rounds 5 and 6 (either the LED ones or the regular ones).

Note: If you're using LED eyes, apply glue on the inside to keep them from coming out or sinking in.. I used cold liquid silicone.

Row 8: 1 sc - 1 dec x 6 (12). Stuff before closing.

Cut the yarn, leaving a long tail for closing. Using a yarn needle, weave through the front loops of the 12 stitches. Pull tight to close the circle (stuff more if needed) and secure with a knot.

Paws

For the legs, I used pipe cleaners and inserted three of them between rounds 6 and 7.

The only thing left is to add a little mouth using white thread or any color you prefer.

See you next time!
